Independence Day Bangladesh:

We know that Independence Day is a very important day in the life of us Bengalis.Because our little Bangladesh became independent on Independence Day.Freedom means being free.Independence means the day on which an independent government is declared.Independence Day is a memorable day in the history of every nation.Independence Day of Bangladesh was declared on 26th March 1971 which is considered as our National Independence Day.It is a memorable day in our national life for us Bengalis.
Pakistan emerged as a MusAfter the creation of Pakistan, the people of the East realized the unfair friendship and oppressive attitude of Pakistan because the entire control of Pakistan was in the hands of the rulers of West Bengal.lim state in 1947 and was divided into East and West Pakistan.In 1948,MR. Jhinnah the first Governor General of Pakistan announced that Urdu only shall be the only sattle language of Pakistan.Attempts were made to impose Urdu language on Bengali.Bengali started this protest language movement.In 1969, a large-scale mass revolution began against it.The dictatorial rule of the then President of Pakistan, Ayub Khan.But the West Pakistani rulers tried to silence the voice of the common people by resorting to firing.At that time, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman expressed his uncompromising protest against the undemocratic and oppressive rule of Ayub Khan and Bengali nationalism.This is the six-point movement.As a result of which the Agartala conspiracy case was filed against Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman..Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's release was demanded through a massive mass movement.In the end the Pakistani dictator had to be defeated.Yahya Khan succumbed to the fierce agitation of the people.Yahya Khan's government was forced to resign.Yahya Khan held a general election in Pakistan where the Awami League won and was elected.Therefore, Awami League had the legal right to form the government.Bhutto became the main obstacle in the way of transfer of power of Awami League to form the government of the majority party in the country..They began dialogue  and try to discuss with Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his party leaders.But in the name of negotiation and settlement they plan a conspiracy to end Bangladeshi nationalism forever.But on 25 March 971, Pakistanis attacked Bengali.Whereas the Bengalis were completely independent and peaceful.They brutally torture Bengalis.That night, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was arrested because he had declared the independence of Bangladesh.Before his arrest, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman had announced the independence of Bangladesh in a radio message.From that night, the war between the freedom fighters of Bangladesh and Pakistan began.Pakistani army killed Bengalis like cats and dogs,Burned their houses, looted their property, raped their women, etc.But no, their bullets could never suppress the indomitable spirit of Bangladeshi nationalism.Nine long months of bloody hard work and fighting continued.After hard work Bengali emerged as an independent state.
March 26 is celebrated as Independence Day.People look forward to celebrating this day with respect and love.On this day we pay deep respect to the memory of martyrs because they gave their lives for our freedom.The government organizes elaborate programs to celebrate the day by various organizations and institutions.The national flag is hoisted all over the country in all important offices private and assistant students come together to hoist the national flag and show deep respect to the national flag.The national flag is officially hoisted in the city.Physical exercise demonstrations of various units were organized and parades of the armed forces were performed in front of the audience.Educational institutions and offices remain closedHouse and all important places are well decorated.A festive atmosphere is created in Dhaka, our capital of Bangladesh.Seminars are held in most educational institutions after noon.Special prayers are organized in various mosques and temples.Cultural organizations commemorate the day by organizing programs for the martyrs.In the evening all the houses important private and government buildings are illuminated.Radio and television stations broadcast special programs.
As it is a cheerful day in history.Different types of sports and games are organized in Bangladesh to celebrate this day.Generally, football, volleyball, cricket, boating, etc. games are held at different times in different places including police stations and district towns.People attend cultural events and enjoy performances that seem to be arranged for the occasion.
On 26th March 971, the war of liberation began in Ringgit Bangladesh.This day reminds people who have sacrificed their precious lives.The day symbolizes our determination to survive as a nation of self-respecting people.It inspires us with hope and unites us and puts faith in our hearts to live in Bangladesh.So March 26 will forever be remembered as Independence Day in the history of Bangladesh
